He also said that he finds it superb that the team manages to attack with all their players. His wish has been granted. He is however injured on his right leg, but will definitely play this season with the Rossonieri. Benitez states that one of the main reasons his team is not performing well this season has been the fact that both Gerrard and Torres have been out for numerous games due to injury. The team is a surprising eight in the Premiership and has already been eliminated from the Champions League. Bookmakers state that the coach might get the sack after the season is over.
